I’m Edward, the founder and coach behind Shred with Ed. Drawing on an extensive background in personal training, hybrid experience, and ongoing professional development, I’ve created a 1:1 online coaching system engineered to help you get in great shape through performance-based training and nutrition.

Whether you’re new to hybrid training or a seasoned athlete looking to progress, I guide you every step of the way.

PHASE 1 - RECOMPOSITION
Lean functional physique
The starting point for everyone, and arguably the most important stage. Here we focus on building the habits that will set you up for looking, feeling, and performing at your best. Training is structured to make you stronger, fitter, and more capable, while nutrition is refined to fuel your body properly, reduce body fat and create a physique that’s both functional and visually impressive. By the end of this phase, you’ll have a leaner, fitter, and more conditioned body that's ready to move into the next stage.

PHASE 2 - BUILD
Stronger & fitter
Many people achieve initial results, like reaching low body fat, but this is where most get it wrong. Phase 2 is about building on that foundation: gaining strength, adding muscle, improving fitness, and staying lean. Training and nutrition are tailored to help you grow more strength and muscle whilst significantly improving fitness.

PHASE 3 - PERFORMANCE
Your next challenge
This phase is about pushing your limits and finding the next goal - whether completing a Marathon, Hyrox, functional fitness competition, or your personal milestone. I will help you plan, train, and perform so you can nail your next challenge with confidence.

PROGRESSIVE WORKOUTS
A tailored approach to training that takes into account your experience, injuries, and goals, adapting to your level with instructional videos and form feedback analysis, so you never have to guess again.

THE PROCESS
The process begins by completing the application form. This allows me to understand your goals, training background, lifestyle, and what you want to achieve through coaching, so we can determine whether this is the right next step.

After reviewing your application, we’ll book a consultation call to delve deeper into your goals and ambitions, clarify priorities, and identify any challenges that may be holding you back, while making sure the coaching is the right fit on both sides.

If you're successful on the call, I’ll jump straight into creating your personalised training and nutrition plan. We’ll then get you set up on the app and walk through every detail of your plan, so you’re ready to hit the ground running.
